Make sure you finished the registration process and paid for your subscription. You should receive an email notification if you were successful. To check to see if your payment method was successful, sign into your account on YourBibleText.com to see if your registration was complete through the payment process. It can take up to 24 hours for your first text message and or email to appear.
Check the cell phone carrier that you picked during your registration. Log in to your account to see what cell phone carrier we are using. If it is incorrect, choose the correct carrier and update your account. If the cell phone carrier is correct, try sending yourself a test message. If you have problems, contact us with the details and we will work quickly to resolve your problem.

| Sign in using your User Name and Password on YourBibleText.com. Once you sign in to your account you can update your cell phone number and carrier. |

| Use the Forgot User Name or Password? link. You must know the email address that you used to set up your account with us. If you cannot remember your email address, you can set up a new registration if you are not currently receiving messages. If you are currently receiving text messages and you cannot remember your registration email address, please contact us and provide your cell phone number and we will retrieve the information for you. |
| Will I be charged extra on my cell phone for these text messages? |
| There are NO hidden fees for text messages through YourBibleText.com. Our messages are sent to you as regular cell phone text messages. However, the text messages are subject to any charges that your cell phone plan contains. |
| What Bible version do you use? |
| We use the King James version of the Bible. |

| I want to sign up multiple cell phone numbers for my family. How can I do that? |
| YourBibleText.com requires a unique User Name and Email address for each cell phone. You will have to individually enroll each cell phone as a separate account with YourBibleText.com. |
| My cell phone text messages sometimes come out of order if there are two messages. Why is that? |
| Unfortunately we cannot presently control the order that the messages appear on your cell phone. We are working to resolve this issue. Some cell phone carriers have a character limit for text messages that requires us to send two messages if the scripture is above that limit. |
